american whirlpool fridge/frezze with ice maker

help, I have a american style fridge freezer and finding the bar between the 2 comparement is getting very hot. this means that the fridge compartment is starting to freeze some of the food. any idea why this has started doing this.

condenser fan probley not working (back of appl) or blocked condenser (under fridge with dust /hair etc )

I have read other notes and have taken grill off and hoovered out the fluff still hasn’t done anything to improve the problem.

make it safe first ! remove rear cover at base of appliance and check the big fan motor spins freely… it should run with the compressor when powered up but…take care
