    Hi Guys, we have one of these were two hotplates are not getting hot enough, I assume that the regulators are faulty and are ordering two up. BUT my engineer says he is having problems getting the top deck off. I have looked at manuals on website, but there no help. Any hints ?? ❓

    easy-screws at back of hob part must be removed and it slides forward and off, i would change the hotplates as the regulators are switches
