    Hi all, I have a call out to this machine,I have never worked on one of these. Customer says on all wash programs the machine will fill with water then do nothing. on spin program the machine will empty and turn over but cuts out after about thirty seconds. She says there are no flashing lights to suggest fault code. Any help before I attend would be much appreciated as the job involves a return ferry journey and a fair distance along single track roads.

    Often on these the pulley wheel stud works loose and throws the belt, re fit stud with lock tight.

    Thanks Steve but customer says that it does turn on spin for a wee while, then it stops turning and the pump stops running.
