AMICA AWCT10L ERROR CODES

Hi guys, I have a cusomer with the above machine it is showing the following error

four light right to left

first 3 on solid first two on amber, start/pause light solid red.

so its:

amber, amber, amber, red, no light.

Symptoms are – seems to stick in the spin cycle – motor brushes are fine and have cleared filter/pump.
