    Had a phone call about a machine going down with E32.I have tried to find out what it is but have been unable to do so. Dose any body know what it is?

    At what stage of the wash is it showing the error code?

    Temperature sensor fault, timed out!
    Heater related?
    earth fault/ short /0c???

    Thanks for your response. I don’t know what part of the cycle it came up at. I asked her to give it another try and she has not got back to me yet, so I assume it is ok. No answer on her phone so this is yet to be confirmed. If problem persists I will troubleshoot htr/nct.
