    Freezer 17 months old but food has been frosting up since purchase. Tried adjusting temperature but eventually contacted Amica CS who advised I had temperature too high. Altered it but it is no different. Food I put in on 3 March now frosted. Door can be opened immediately it has been closed. Amica less than helpful. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Check the door seal is not leaking and sealing correctly.

    If the door seal is not sealing correctly then warm the seal to soften it and then leave the door closed as long as possible for it to take shape and seal correctly.
