Amica oven door melting

Went to this built in electric oven for a letting agent.
Tennant had to remove the inner door glass because the plastic slots that hold the glass had melted. This is quite a new oven and the seal is in good condition.
Don’t want to just replace the plastic slots without getting to the bottom of the problem in case they just melt again.
Anyone come accross this problem before?
