Ive recently been supplying a few of these washers to a letting agent of mine, which they are keen on due to price and 2 year warranty. I noticed that there is no information to register or contact for warranty with the paper work it comes with. Anyone know what the situation is on these machines (from BDC).

    Thanks

Indeed they did and out of the ashes rose the new BDC last year.

Its strange there is no info for the customer to contact in case of fault under warranty supplied with machine.
BDC sent me a nice catalogue with a nice range of washing machines and cookers etc with a handy seperate price sheet, but they have been out of stock of everything i have tried to order.

    Thanks

There should be a contact number in the instruction book if memory serves me. Whether or not it’s obvious is a whole other thing though….

As for BDC, I’d expect that they would be being treated a bit poorly at the moment what with going bust, the credit meltdown and the total absence of credit insurance at the moment.

    Re: Amica Warranty

I sold a amica 8 months ago, customer rang me everytime she hit the pause button by mistake or done something else stupid, then 5 weeks ago it packed up, needed a board, being still under warranty she tried ringing the number on the back of her instruction book which is no longer a valid number.

I sourced the correct number, rang on her behalf, parts turned up at her door next day, engineer was booked for 3 weeks from the parts turning up.

    😆 😆
