Hi my freezer is not getting cold fridge cold at top seems to be warm near the bottom. motor comes on now and agian. any help wecome please.

As it’s frost free you could try defrosting it completely for 48 hours to remove any possible excessive ice build up.
If that doesn’t work it’s time for an engineer as these are electronically controlled and not easy to diagnose without the correct test equipment.
