Apart from the fact that Tim is a really nice guy with a slightly different take on things from many of his fellow kitchen specialists, his comments about UKW piqued my interest along with the parallels drawn.
It is very interesting to see how others, outside our own industry, see things.
Anyway, I’m a couple of glasses of Champagne, two or three bottles of Peroni,even more glasses of red wine and a final glass of Strega to the good so all in all, I couldn’t give give a damn. 8) 😀
