That is an old Philips made machine. If you look for a pump to suit model awb082 you should be in luck. Connect show one but special order, I am sure others should have one also.

Thanks for the reply Chezza,
I’m going to try a Qualtex pmp223 and will be crossing fingers I’ve guessed right next week!

The original pump was 481936018139 ( just remembered that) and that comes up on qualtex but with a special order
**just googled that number and someone on amazon has one available**March 11, 2016 at 6:38 pm #436158eastlmark

isn’t this the machine that to test spin and drain you needed to completely fill it with water first? It would only spin full opposite to every other machine on the planet at the time!

Yes that’s right about the spin…. in those days waiting for a spin cycle was just a case of tweaking the programmer, but not on these. Waiting 10 minutes while it filled and then spun full of water and then switched the pump in. Fun with the 22V DC motor as well. Even a heater fault would stop it spinning…….
Hated doing brushes on them (and Indesit 101’s) as you had to fight to get them out and the tangs would usually break off rather than bend in to remove the brush. That said, very reliable machines.March 12, 2016 at 6:09 pm #436160eastlmark

And always in flats with low water pressure. :bang:
