BlockedGo to fit new outer door glass to a cooker,get to address to find the customer has 6 kids all under the age of 5 running all over the place she has no control over them and refuses to move them out of the way,it one of them places of wipe ur feet on way out, anyway get to the nice greasy cooker that looked bout 10 years old when it less than year old,removed rest of cooker door so can fit new outer glass and as i go to unpack the new glass door one of the little kids had grabbed a screwdriver out of my toolbag without me seeing and smashed it on to the inner door glass,so now order the new inner door glass go back today i think keep my tool bag out of kids reach and unpack glass on table out of the little sods reach, customer ask how long to fit to which i reply 10 mins love, turn round to see her holding one of her little devi’s who’s brother passes him toy car that then get throwed onto the glass and smashes that one too,customer just stands there and laughs, me i wanna strangle the kids

what chance has the door glass got if you do get it fitted, bet you dont reach it back to your getaway vehicle before its gone again. LOL.

finally got the cooker door fixed without one of the customers devil kids anywhere near it as took my daughter who kept them all entertained while i quickly fitted door glass then we legged it maybe it will last or maybe in new year be called out again to fix her amica cooker 🙂

Did I read that right?
Woman with a brood of brats stands there whilst her little darlings smash the new replacement door for her cooker, and then you went on an re-ordered and more than once.
Now the burning question would have to be, who is paying for the doors as well as the visits? After all none of this was your doing, and the responsibly must lie with the customer.
I know if this incidence came my way, I would expect the customer to cover all additional costs.

Two extra Door Glasses and Two extra callouts that shouldn’t be paid by Amica or by you, but by the owner of the cooker..
Surely the original callout was a payable and not a warrantee callout? If it were a warrantee callout I would be questioning that callout too.
