    My DW has just started flashing the “Fast 40oc” and “Prewash” LEDs – 2nd and 3rd from left (along with the “Salt” LED albeit slower). I filled up the salt before using it so I know thats not the problem, the water didnt appear to drain but then did once the power was off for a few minutes but I have no idea what the error code means… I have no manual as we were sent the wrong one!

    Any ideas???

    LED’s 2 and 3 indicates a “not filling” error.

    Check the fill hose isn’t kinked and that water is reaching the appliance first of all 🙂

    Excellent!

    Every time I pulled it out to check it it obviously unkinked! Had to dismantle the cupbaord to unkink it in situ.
