KeymasterSorry to bring this machine up again 😀
The machine ( less than 2 years old ) fills then drains and the timer rotates on any wash programme.
Resetting doesn’t help nor does resetting + drain as mentioned in a previous post.
There are 10 flashes on the light above the switch.
I know I’m probably going to end up getting an engineer out but I’d like to have some idea of what’s wrong – could it be the PCB , Eprom or ideally something simpler ?
Cheers in advance

The fault relates to a ‘water level control problem’, so it likely does need an engineer to call by and check that out. Shouldn’t be too costly for a local guy to get sorted for you. Try our list of approved repairers here:-Repairs@

I have 9 flashes and cant get the machine to work.
Checked that little sump thing and nothing. Apart from a little fluff very clear.Any ideas on what 9 flashes mean?
thanks,
Mark.

F9 or 9 flashes indicates an electronic error normally.
If the filter is clear and you’ve done the normal checks it’s probably engineer time to be honest, have a look at repairs@ for one near you 😀

Thanks Dave. I have checked your engineers but none in my area.
Its just nice to know its not some thing silly.
I did call the number on the machine earlier and they quoted £90 to come out and that my parts are under 5year warrenty.
Didn’t know about that to be honest.

Just an update guys. Thanks for the posts anyway but all repaired now.
The repair man came out and was here for about 10mins.
It was the memory board! Had forgotten all its programs.
Repair man whipped in a new repair board.
Still had the £90 call out to pay.
