    …hopefully a quick question, an error code indicates ‘C-Fan Error’ (12). Does this relate to to the compressor cooling fan motor?

    In a nutshell yes. C-Fan = compressor fan. R-Fan = refrigerator side fan. F-Fan = freezer side fan.
