    Hi,
    After looking on the internet for real answers, I decided to make an account and a thread here.

    I have a Samsung RS21DCNS (I think :P) fride/freezer which is outside of the 5 year warranty.

    A few weeks ago, we started hearing a loud fan-like noise coming from the fridge, and with the help of a youtube video, I managed to remove the panels from the inside and defrost all of that area.

    The fridge was working fine until I noticed that butter from the fridge was soft, and milk was very quickly spoiling. Adding a thermometer inside showed a temperature of 12C, not the 3C it said on the panel outside.

    Does anyone know of a way I can get this fixed (of fix it myself) without having to pay hundreds of pounds?

    I’ve found the following numbers for Samsung but I’m not sure if they’re still in use ( 08009880123 and 08457267864)
