For 2 days now i have been trying to get through to Masterpart to sort out an order and im left hanging on the phone while it continuosly rings for about 3 minutes, which is a long time especially when, 1 Your trying to make a number of calls between jobs and 2 Its costing you money as the call is already connected.
I called my doctors the other week and was left on hold for over 10 minutes while an automated voice told me how they “valued my call”.I bet they did, it cost me £3:00 when i checked my phone bill!
Rant over and feeling better already!

Yep, same problem Tuesday and Wednesday , so in the end I ordered from Qualtex. Ended up with a bigger order than the wma element that i wanted posting out but its all stock anyway.

😕 Are you saying that Mpt will post out single items at a reasonable cost? If they do I’ll certainly be buying more from them. Connect are very inconsistent – sometimes they’ll post at £3.50, other times not, you never know till it arrives.

Never been a problem in the past (apart from the ‘its your responsibility if it gets lost/ damaged’ warning) for small sinlg items when the customer can’t wait. Just call it ‘fast tracking’ the part and charge the postage back to them 😉 .
……When you can get through on the phone. :rolls:
Then again it is holiday time.

Had a new phone system installed and had a couple of initial problems. Should now be ok. If not please PM me and I will sort it!
I apologise for the problems you have had.
