Any advice please

I have been asked by a care home if i will do annual contract work on there 3 miele washers and 3 dryers.Not worried about working on miele a machine is a machine although the parts are steep!!!!
I guess it means an annual service etc and i was wondering if anyone else does this type of work. what are the implications and legal side of it what sort of contracts are there labour only?parts only? labour and parts? etc
How do you price this sort of job up? is there some sort of sliding scale older the machines the higher the price,charges for customer misuse etc etc.
I really am in the dark on this one never done this side of things before and i would really appreciate any input

My only advice would be ensure your public liability covers work on commercial premisis, Insist that this is put in writting and sent to you by your insurance company.
