Are we any nearer to aquiring van stocks and full tech info. Do we have any news or time scale as yet.
Also we are going to have to break the news that van stocks are now only going to be available on the 5th appliance purchased. I dont have a problem with this but it is different from what we have been telling the guys so far. So we need to assure those with less than 5 so far that parts will be dispatched within 24 hrs of order to quell any concerns.
