ParticipantJust wondering if anyone has any beko w/m service info they can send me please as i have had a few beko’s lately and i cannot seem to find much stuff only in turkish ,which i cannot speak 😀 and could not translate it even with google translate :rolls:
While on subject of beko , went to one that was not taking wash power from main wash compartment ,just takes it from prewash compartment … cleaned everything out ,no blockages and works perfect apart from this.. Any ideas model is an old one wma1512w ?
Thanks ps thought i’d keep it all to one post as not to clog up the board 😆

What did you check on the WM1512? Did you check the obvious?

Hi mike,
checked everything while i was there as part of a service for her…more or less cleaned out every thing ,made sure hoses were connected to right part of dispenser in case someone had swapped them round …good flow of water from inlet hoses and made sure the wash cycle was right …she says sometimes it takes it out and other times it does not …
While i was there put it on a main wash and put some powder in middle compartment ,yet water goes to prewash compartment instead lol.
Apart from that it does everything else and inside is nice and clear even did sump hose and pump and hose from dispenser as well as cleaned the dispenser while there and pressure vessel for a thorough clean 😕

Not sure how these work. A lot of older machines take water from hot valve only to main wash compt. Pressure and temp. can vary. Others have mechanical selectors to direct water which sometimes get disturbed during a repair. I think this could be taking in hot and cold together and due to pressure being affected by some other factor (e.g. other users on same system?) water is not always hot enough to dissolve powder or at high enough pressure to do more than trickle through valve. Most sensible customers just give up using the dispenser and get a ball or some tabs. You could try explaining the undoubted benefits of that route.

Cheers Mike,
I think i will explain to her what you said ,i did think at first it could be a pressure problem because she lives in a flat (ground floor ) tank is not to far away in a cubby hole and not really that high ..
Either way her w/m has had a good clean out so i’ll see how it goes from there as there’s not much else i can do.
Thanks again mike
Shaun
p.s if anyone has any service pdfs for any beko w/m so i can have a good read for any future encounters it would be appreciated as i do like to see whats out there in different manufactures service manuals 😆
