APH148-80 Washing machine

Hi i’ve got a fault on this the customer says she paused the programe, but cannot get it to restart all it does when i try to start a programe is the door locks and the no spin light flashes, the 3h time delay light flashes with the door lock light also flashing but it will not do anything at all, anybody got any clues what it may be thats causing this cheers JJ

Thats what I thought but I can’t seem to find it anywhere, even a Google doesn’t bring up that model number????

Have you got the full serial number?
