Hi – APM6855
I have been reading several websites in regards to a common problem with the above stated model. I have been disgusted that with a model less than 18 months old, that the distributors didnt offer the solution that i saw in this forum rather than charging me £90 for a callout charge.
The freezer is working, the fridge is not, i read here that it should first be switched off for 48 hours to let it defrost. Then i believe it could either be the fan blowing the cold air upto the freezer or the thermostat.
Could you confirm this is correct and highlight any further problems i might encounter with this model?
