serial no 20034526537-038103003 03. got 2 like this one fridge off freezer iced solid fan ok checked rear board and it doesnt look like a control board more a junction point. the heatetr reads ok the red connector reads 10.3 set at 200k and the white one 07.8 at 200k dont know if these readings are ok. if you switch appliance off then on like the servis ones should the heater come on cos it doesnt i am thinking main board can any one confirm this or anny part nos would be great.

I got same problem with this model all checked out ok gone for control pcb situated behind display at top, cost £57.00 direct from diplomat so hope it cures it should arrive this week. Will let you know if it works
