fridge freezer h diplayed on pcb any none cures , sytem ok and i changed the fan last moth now h displayed fridge is warm???? any help Neil 😀

DOES THE FREEZER EVAPORATER LOOK OVER FROSTED IE BOTTOM ALL BLOCKED UP?

no normal ice whem stripped fan was knackered , i replaced, h came back about 4 weeks later , fridge warm 😀
