    Does anyone know how to access the main pcb on this c/hood – it seems to be above motor somewhere – does the chimney lift up or does the hood have to be removed from roof first.

    The pcb is half way up the left hand side and IIRC you have to take the hood of to access it. Did a few of these that were dead in the last couple of years and it was always a burnt wire going into the transformer that caused the problem.

    thanks John – will tell letting agent to get hood off roof as it looks like a 3 man job to lift it down.
