Hi Ally,
I don’t think anyone’s actively pushed it as yet given it’s not officially out there just yet but, hopefully will be live this week or early next latest.
I know what you’re saying though as the same thought crossed my mind as well and I’d bet that any number of social housing projects, councils, care homes, landlords and all that sort of thing will most probably be quite interested.
What I don’t know and can’t say for sure is if the WTA guys will represent and negotiate that sort of work then appoint the work to members or, if they’ll let the members crack on with it.
What might be better is to deal with those sorts of enquiries centrally if you will then see who wants it, dunno just spitballing it really.
The draft guidelines are under review now, Lawrence and I hope to have them to you all early this week but, it’s simple enough stuff.

It is now live.
Bear with us on this as this is an entirely new system that we’ve only just taken the wrapper off so, we’re not going mental promoting it just yet but, as you might have seen, it’s been noticed in some quarters.
What we need is people to test it and tell us what they find wrong, if anything. Obviously everyone hopes for zero issues but, that doesn’t always happen!
So if you guys wouldn’t mind registering some of your own stuff and, even requesting a Healthcheck on them to get a feel for how it works and give us any feedback that would help immensely to hone it.
To that end, while it’s all live, we’ve made it so it’s not glaringly obvious until we get a few guinea pigs and some feedback. Once we get that and sort any issues found, we ramp it up.
You can find the initial registration page here:

Please help out on this as, it could well earn you some cash which is the aim of it.
