Apsso / Springram built in oven

I have a customer who requires an oddball Ego thermostat for for an oven I have not heard of. It’s only about 2 years old. I’ve rang Ego and they state its from the Italian factory. I’ve contacted ASD but they are unable to help even though they have Apsso listed. They actually sent us a totally wrong stat but are not getting anywhere in tracing the correct part

The Oven make is either Springram or Apsso.
The model is either Springram 2000 or Apsso -HI-yh.

The Ego number from the stat is 55-19059820 with 196 1502371 etched underneath. Its temperature rating is 270 degrees C.
It only turns to the maximum of the 8 Oclock position. the cappillary is about a metre but the end bit, the sensor, is only about 75mm long.

What’s the range on the stat Kevin?

Is there an odd offset on the D-shaft or summat that you can’t use a standard one?

I have not seen the oven as i’m supplying to an Electrical contractor.
I would rather supply the correct part until all avenues have been tried. Surely someone out there has heard of this make? Whatever it actually is.

I think these are Whirlpool made but you need to double check that model no. I can find APSSO/1/WH??? and the thermostat is listed as part no. 481228228233. The 12 digit number beginning with 85………. would help too.
