Aqualtis 78497 R no heat

hi just repaired this model ie new belt and pulley now wont heat, its not the normal type
there is no heater under back cover does anyone know where the stats are located thanks John

hi just found out the model no on back of Aqultis dryer is completely different
the model is AQC9 4F7 EM

Can’t actually see any stats on parts diagram, only a sensor strip which is part of the door surround and two thermistors, one in the front and on which appears to be on the top of the heat pump unit. ????

Never seen one but I would imagine that ntc failures should throw up an error code.

Have you tried it with a load of damp clothes in?

These things do take a while to heat up, run it for a good 10-20 mins

thanks for replies i downloaded user manual and noticed they take a while to warm up
so its ok thanks
