Customer complaining of drum banging on spin, bearing, weights ok. On spin cycle the pump runs initially to empty the water out but then stops once spin progresses. Pump fine. Thoughts? PCB?

If its a linear pressure switch model the pump only runs when it has water in, if you tested spin with no load in then the pump will stop once all the water has drained and there is no load to release more water when spun,

As for the banging has the drum ever been changed ? The 3 springs go in a certain order as does the suspension legs. Multiple position and must be correct based on drum size, also make sure the bottom and top weights are tight as its common for the bottom o e to come loose.

Did you do a full spin test with a full wet load ?
