    Strange fault: twenety minutes into and wash programme machine starts to empty and goes into fault mode.
    “Machine Blocked F13”
    I have checked the usual NTC and module connections, hoses, pump elements all good, insulation good

    Anyone come across this before?

    F13 is a dryer ntc fault.

    please check the model no you have or better still post the commercial code and i will send some info.

    It was down to the thermistor which I had checked 😳 F13 =NTC 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time. When the machine was on was for a while, steam/moisture has been getting past the “o” ring seal around the NTC (o ring was damaged)onto it’s terminals.

    Anyone got the part no. for the NTC please

    Dryer NTC is C00083915.
