Aqualtis aqxxd door wont open

The door on my washer wont open 🙁 there is no power to the washer ( thats another problem 🙁 ) so i cant drain it,i have tried tipping it back slightly to drain the water out but its not coming out,i have removed the top to try to find the pressure hose for the door with no joy 🙁 can anyone tell me how to open the door need to get the washing out.Thank you

from what i can remember the aqualtis has the later type of quick open lock. at the botton of the machine where the filter is there is a green bit of plastic. if you pull this with one hand while opening the door with the other

if you can find it go to the hotpoint site and look for the owners manual and download it ( unless you have it ) the answer is in there
