First time poster and very grateful for this forum.

My Aqualtis Washer Dryer (aqd 1070D 497 10kg/7kg) decided to go beserk on me today. Just as it was filling up with water, it tripped all the breakers in my home. I thought it was something with the wiring in my apt as we just moved into in 2 weeks ago. Home repairman came and had to make repairs from the main feed in the building. He said I had loaded the electric plug with too many machines (fridge & washing machine) and messed up the main circuits for my apt. I found the response odd as I’ve been using this set up daily with no issue. So I plugged the washing machine in a different outlet and upon starting up it immediately tripped all the main circuits in apt again. I was able to switch them back. Using a volt meter, we tested the usual issues…plug, electric feed, motor and main panel. Everything so far is coming up ok. What am I missing? Thank you so much.
