Aquarius TCFS 93 tumble dryer completely dead

I’m looking for suggestions as what could be the issue with my son’s Aquarius TCFS 93 tumble dryer.
There are no lights on the panel and the dryer is completely dead.
I’ve checked the wiring to the control board and there’s 240v getting there.
I’ve also reset the thermostat in the heater, this has tripped a couple of times in the past but usually just results in no heat rather than the dryer being completely dead. I did notice that the thermostat appeared to be slightly moist.

if there is power getting to the board and you are sure both live and neutral are getting there then the board is most likely your problem

Doesn’t the neutral for the whole machine run through one of the stats Dave? Been a while since I retired now but seem to remember that.:)

Yes spot on the neutral supply runs through the thermostat so I would suggest bypassing that to test
