I was just wondering if Qualtex shops are trade only, or can public buy over the counter at different price bands etc.
just presumed they were until iv noticed ours seem to be serving the public as well,

I think Crum & Sons in Glasgow has a retail shop as well as their trade warehouse (which last time I went was a shed behind a pub!)

Re: ARE QUALTEX SHOPS TRADE ONLY

In the past I used CDS based in birmingham, coventry and wolverhampton which have now been purchased by qualtex.

They did sell to the public at coventry through a shop and sometimes at birmingham on the trade counter but at retail prices and would not give out any trade info. also the rule was “sorry not refunds” get someone in that knows what they are doing. lol 😀

So I guess qualtex would do the same but at retail prices not trade.

Qualtex South West still have a “Strictly trade only” sign outside ATM. I think they are sticking to that ruling too AFAIK.
    Long may it continue…… 😉

    Steve.
