    I’ve noticed that a number of Bosch and Siemens models are very similar in specification and name (eg Bosch KGH39A07GB and Siemens KG39NH90GB).
    The shelf and freezer layouts are the same, as are the dimensions and electrical specs.

    Are they actually the same unit with a few cosmetic differences (like the Ford Galaxy/VW Sharon/Seat Alhambra)?

    Yes Bosch , Neff , Siemens all the same.
