Is the hinge actually broken or has it just come adrift.

The user manual should have details of how to remove and refit the door assembly.

If it is broken the you would be advised to fit 2 new door hinges.

There are a few different hinges used on these so exact model number ( there is no A2011/12 ) and if possible full serial number and commercial code needed to ID correctly.

Thats why I asked, you put 2011/12 in your heading. 😉

Not sure what you mean by ‘just come away’ have the screws come loose or sheared off, ot has the hinge itself broken?

Hinges for that model are C00048108. Should be around £12 each ex vat.

The hinge is still in place and in tact within the door.
One hinge has come away from the main housing of the oven

Sometimes the pin in the hinge can come adrift, best to order two new ones.
