My washer dryer went wrong a while back and i had a guy out to look at it, £65 later, he’d replaced the “Red spot” as he called it. I saved the old part for my future reference.
Not long after, the same thing happened, the dryer would spin as usual but not heat up. I bought the same part as he’d replaced before and changed it myself. Sorted, however, within a week or 2, the dryer stopped drying again.
I’m guessing its the same part, but if i change it again, what else might need doing to stop it going again in a weeks time? I’m guessing something causes this fault?

the condenser is probably blocked full of fluff
its the white duct running from the rear of the drum to the underside of the fan unit
be VERY carefl, edges like razor blades… and make sure your to unplug it if your gonna take it off
