    Hi,
    I replaced my module but cannot remember were the two spade connectors fit, think they go next to the power socket but not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}
    sure.
    Next time I will not be commiting to my obviously fading memory position of wires.

    Regards Tubalan

    Rules is rules.
    Surely you have a five year parts guarantee on this machine, it must have already cost you more than the Indesit Company’s labour charge for the parts alone, assuming that you have also got a new eeprom as well.

    Hi,

    A few questions, why would I have to replace the eeprom that is not the fault, where is the eeprom as it is not on the module, and can you point me to a site that might answer my original question.

    FYI it has only cost me £5.11 to replace the module I’m sure thats less than the labour charge.

    Regards Tubalan

    Re: Ariston A1436 Module wires

    As the list price of a new module without the eeprom is over £72 ex vat, your £5.11 module sounds a little too good to be true. :rolls:

    Are you talking about the main module in the base or the facia control PCB?

    The module comes without an eeprom and needs the correct one for the machine fitted into the module.

    Sorry but I cannot point you anywhere that would give out such advice without any regard to the safety of anyone else who may read the information at a later date.

    Jim.
