Ariston A1437 top two option leds flash

When this starts to fill on any program it does it in bursts of about 5sec, the wash & door lock leds also flashes in sequence with the bursts . After about 30sec the top two option leds (delay timer & super wash) with the door lock led flash and it stops filling. If you select spin same thing happens the only difference is that the pump goes in bursts (no motor action) the spin & door lock flash for about 30sec followed by the top two option leds with the door lock led flash and it stops pumping
Have checked carbons and heater also meggered it all ok.
This machine has the same PCB as the Hotpoint a Mk4, am I right in assuming it is the PCB?

Cannot find fault code for this.

Technically it’s F12 – comms error – but it sounds like there’s more to it than that. PCB got to be the main suspect.

I know but this damned ‘flood’ filter can be really annoying if you want to do a quick edit, sometimes I end up shouting at the PC. 😥
