ariston a1636 problem

hi when washing it goes through the cycle, but half way through it stops with superwash and rapid flashing constantly . then have to take some out and put on a spin .any ideas please

Can you give us the flashing neons by number, from top to bottom.

neons 2 and 4 with neon no3 staying on all time

They should be flashing, none should be on steady. however 2 + 4 indicate that pressure switch is stuck on full. you may have something blocked in the sump under the drum. It is in the large black rubber hose that comes from the drum to the pump. Please remove mains plug if you intend to have a look, a few towels on the floor may be a good idea as well. 😉
