ariston a1636s 2 lights error

hello everyone
done a search but cannot find a 2 lights error
its lights 3 (easy iron) and 4 (rapid) that flash, machine works if u power off and leave it
when the lights are on it sounds like its filling but i think the water is flowing up to the drawer where u put powder. and dripping out of there
one more thing…..in the sump the littel catch basket as had the top smashed and its missing……there was £9 in there !!! teenage lads !!!

tried to give as much info as possible there in the hope it helps

Error codes on this machine are given by flashing a combination of the four, right hand buttons and the bottom left LED. If the two bottom right buttons are flashing then it is supposed to signify F06. That is a door lock related fault but can be poor wiring connections or a failure of the main pcb as well.

ok thanks ill have a look……..kind of weird why when they flash though u can hear water going in

decided the machine is going to the tip and going to get a new one and use my works discount scheme to get an extra 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} off
guess we just have to know when to bin something

It is really an Indesit, not the greatest machine on the market by a long way.

Look at Bosch for reasonable machines.
