ParticipantCustomer reports lights flashing and machine full of water.
Fills and agitates, drains, rinses and spins ok
Have not seen the error code, which was reported by customer and she doesn’t know when it starts to happen
Continuity across water heater and about 21.7k ohms across heater NTC.
Live test on 90 deg pre wash; about 80V between heater terminals and about 80V between either terminal and earth??
Board fault of NTC or something else?
Have left machine on a cold wash to see what happens.
Thanks for any help

Which light by number from top down is flashing and which column, the left hand row of lights or the right hand row of buttons?

BTW it’s now gone through a complete wash cycle with ‘no heat’ selected

Aggh, the dreaded 8 flashes fault. 😥
F08 heater relay….. or just about anything else you can think of. :rolls:

So, given that everything else seems ok, it looks like a PCB fault do you think?

And/or the pressure switch, wiring connections, etc, etc.
I will not waste my time on any F08 fault, been out of pocket once too often. 😥

Machine now done a cold wash and a forty wash with no problems. I’m guessing wiring from NTC to board may have been the culprit – it certainly didn’t seem to be a very positive connection. Thanks for all your help Jim
