    Hi,
    My Ariston AIB16 has developed a DOOR fault whereby the door locks when you select a program, but the door locked symbol doesn’t show on the display.

    The program timer counts down to zero, but nothing actually happens. The display then shows ‘DOOR’ and the door remains locked.

    The only way to unlock the door after this is to turn the power off the machine for a while.
