Participantoldie this , washer dryer all cycles takes hours to complete customer sayes clothes coming out not cleaned properly , checked element it is heating the water fine any suggestions please thx

normal times 40 or 50 seconds

Then so long as motor and heater work. Fill and drain times are ok. Only really leaves the module….

Is it actually finishing the cycle with out intervention ?, if its taking longer but finishing do you know what part of the wash is taking the longest.
The way these work is they basically split each part of the wash into tasks and won’t move on or can add time to a specific part should it believe it has not completed what it needs to do
It like a mechanical timer and won’t move on until its ready.
Its unlikely to add time to every part of the wash, it got to be a specific part. Normally it’s heating that adds the most time, often hours. If the heater is good what about the NTC, of it believes its cold then I will just keep adding time.
Also have you done an IR check, seen low IR cause strange stuff as well.

Or is it possibly syphoning sometimes on rinses, i.e. too much waste hose pushed into standpipe?

ok so customer is back on again , comes to the end of a programne and just starts another one . also only 220v going to element nothing coming out ie no voltage across it , pcb im afraid
