    Hi,

    We have this pretty ancient model of washer/dryer. It has been fairly reliable for the last 16 years barring a flooding incident about 6 years ago, about which I posted here.

    Recently I misfitted the filter after cleaning and it flooded again. Before I discovered the cause I had the machine out and since then it keeps getting stuck numerous times in the program and needs nudging on. Also water gets in during the drying cycle 🙁

    Time for a new machine?

    Looks like an Indesit IWDC6143 from Comet then.
