http://tinyurl.com/y7vt9j 😉 All include a full two year warranty on parts and labour, or you could even have a look at our very own ISE machine but that is a little above your current budget.

2 years if you are lucky, and don’t use it too much in that time to be sure it lasts the distance. 😕

Just an observation was there a flashing light on the machine when it failed.
It may be that the machine had faulted out during the self diagnostics.
I,ve had this problem before and the dryer fan starts up for some reason.
Thats after the machine has filled with some water. but drum does not turn.
Mike 😳 😳 😳

cheers mike….
no flashing lights that i know of … the drum wont turn on a wash cycle, it just sounds like it is trying, but will spin for a few mins when on a spin cycle, but then stops again with the now infamous whirring sound as though the drum is trying to rotate. 😕
still not made a full decision on the new washing machine because i like the look of the hotpoint AQXXL129 and i can get this with 2 years parts and labour cover – its just whether the machine will fit in our kitchen !..
had any reports on this machine anyone ??ta

The Hotpoint machine has similar ticklish Indesit electronics that your Ariston has. It also has a completely sealed outer drum, even if you get a sock or a coin lodged in the drum that cannot be removed through one of the holes for the heater or the hoses then it will need a complete outer drum change. 😥
