    Morning all

    I have a rather ancient Ariston AWD1200 Advantage washing machine which has served me very well for nearly 15 years…

    The open door button became more stiff and is now permanently pushed in and I can’t seem to get it out, in addition the door is shut (thanks to my lodger for that!!)

    Do I need a part for the button (assume it’s on a spring?)

    My brother is coming over today and is very practical so I’m sure he can resolve if I know what item to get (and if it is resolvable).
