Ariston FM87CIXGB oven door

HELP!!!!!!
I am having trouble separating the inner and outer doors of the above appliance,this is to facillitate replacing the inner door glass.After several phone calls to Ariston (Merloni)they fobbed me off and said they could send out an engineer with a replacement door,I DON”T THINK SO!!!! They tell me they cannot give me technical advice as the oven is more than 12 months old. The problem seems to be the 2 brackets inside (between outer&inner door glass) I cannot for the love of me see any way they come apart.
CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP ME???????????

Have you taken the door off of the oven (as per the user manual) yet ?

It should just be a screwdriver job to be honest.

The inner glass comes complete with the inner panel if it has shattered or has it come unglued ?
