ParticipantERROR CODES AGAIN 😥
Arsiton FORNO, just love that name 🙂
Oven works fine for an hour or so then error code F8EO comes up 😕 Customer switches oven off and back on and fault code has cleared then runs again for a while.I had a newish Hotpoint with a similar code F8 which was nothing more than the cooling fan seized. The above Ariston does not have a cooling fan 😕
Anyone shed any light on to this?
Before I attended the oven the customers did get onto Indesit to find out what the error code was to be told the usual “you need one of our engineers” and the cost is…… etc.
Customer again asked for the meaning of the error code as she wanted to get a local engineer out as she thought Indesit charges were extortionate, they still wouldn’t give out the code even after the customer advised that she was a solicitor and Indesit had no right to not give out the info on the code as they were in effect creating a monopoly…….Still didn’t get the code. Now there’s a suprise :rolls:January 14, 2010 at 7:40 pm #308814iadom

F8E0 Problem concerning the potentiometer
regulating of the temperature.
The fault is discovered after 1 minute
from the moment that the oven is
started.1. Check the electrical continuity of the 3
cables that connect the potentiometer
to the electronic card and verify the
correct connection between connector
13 and connector 12.
2. Carry out procedure “A”. 😕Jim.
