Got to look at one of these integrated machines, customer reports that when she selects any programme & starts is it does nothing but when she opens door, 3rd LED from LHS is flashing. Looked on Known Error Lists might this be thermistor & where is thermistor located? Cheers.

If you take the two small black panels out from the front bottom, you will see the sensor in a brown,white holder connected upwards on to the body.
You have to be careful though, as i did break quite a few of these holders.The other sensor is by the heater, if you take the left panel out it will be in the middle of the heater.
